Constipation Relief

It all begins with an idea.

We’ve all been there. Constipation is as old as time. Western medicine has devoted countless resources to solve this problem. Ate something that stopped you up? Took some medicine that didn’t quite work the way that you wanted? Or had unwanted side effects? Or, do you simply need to get your bowels moving again? Try the natural solution, Expelshell. An innovative approach to get your brain talking to your gut.

Natural relief from constipation can be found in our oceans. Using traditional Chinese medicine we trace the pathways of your meridians, from your hand to your brain and breathing, and then connecting to your gut. A healthy diet along side using acupressure techniques can greatly reduce your discomfort.

That’s the wonder of Expelshell. You’re not popping pills, or taking liquid tinctures, or the dreaded enema. If used properly the Expelshells we offer can help provide bowel and urinary movement. And the beauty of the Expelshell is you can bring it any where, and it never runs out.

EXPELSHELL: A story of relief…

Where Expelshell could be found

On a recent trip to Hawaii I struck up a conversation with a gentleman at the bar. We spoke of aging. He told me of a recent hip replacement he had. The titanium plates they used will last probably the rest of this fellow’s life. When I really started to listen was when they brought him back from the ER they gave him a bunch of laxatives.

I asked why laxatives after surgery? He replied, the anesthesia they give you during surgery gets you all stopped up.

The EXPELSHELL is not meant to compete with western medicine but act as a compliment. So when you’re on the potty wanting the laxatives to work you can grab the trusty EXPELSHELL and help the process along. By manipulating the shell in your hands you activate pressure points all throughout your hand and wonderful things begin to happen… movement.

Recently a friend of mine had to have a sudden surgical procedure. Post surgery she had a hard time with regularity. The EXPELSHELL that she had gotten a month prior was a great relief. She used it every time when she was in the bathroom and shared her positive results with me. In a few days regularity returned. And when it wasn’t in use she said it looked gorgeous on her bathroom counter.

Constipation relief for you & me.

Constipation relief for you and me.

Recently a friend came to visit that I haven’t seen in a very long time. I realized she was a good candidate for the use of Expelshell.

She complained of stomach irregularities and I was thinking she may be in her early thirties or thereabouts. Maybe diet or lack of hydration may affect her overall well being. She needed to get her gut going. After a brief discussion of her lifestyle, diet and hydration I suggested the solution of Expelshell with her.

The jury is still out. I have made sure she has received her very own Expelshell. This is a simple and direct way for her to get her gastric biome going. Stay tuned check back on her Journey.

Movement in your gut

It all begins with an idea.

Eating some of the wrong foods can cause constipation. If you eat a lot of fatty meats, sweets, and consume lots of dairy products, you are a candidate for this condition. Another challenge for the gut is processed food.

I’m guilty of the above diet. However, I have lived with, and used the Expelshell for the last few years. When I think about going, I grab my trusted Expelshell and manipulate it in my hand for several minutes. The gastric movement is undeniable. Bring Expelshell to the potty, be patient and be amazed.

Lack of hydration is also a contributing factor. You should drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces every day. If you weigh 160 pounds, then you should consume 80 ounces of water a day. Motility loves hydration. It works. Another great help is prebiotic + probiotic drinks. All these steps can help with movement.
