Movement in your gut

Eating some of the wrong foods can cause constipation. If you eat a lot of fatty meats, sweets, and consume lots of dairy products, you are a candidate for this condition. Another challenge for the gut is processed food.

I’m guilty of the above diet. However, I have lived with, and used the Expelshell for the last few years.
