Small and medium shells fit most hands. Many people will benefit from both. The size of your hand does not indicate which shell will provide you the most relief. Individual meridian pressures may vary from hand to hand. However, if your hand is extremely large you may need the largest Expelshell.
After you receive your order, there is a two week trial period. During this time if you decide you would benefit from a different size, you may contact us to seek an exchange.
